Our workshop
Four centuries of shoemaking, one pair at a time
Agra has made shoes since the Mughal court. At our Foundry Nagar workshop, each leather pair passes through about 180 steps: the upper is cut from full-grain leather by hand, pulled over a wooden last and left to set for two days, then welted, soled and burnished by the same karigar who started it.

Care notes
A good pair lasts a decade
Rotate your shoes, use cedar shoe trees and condition the leather once a month. When the sole wears through, send our welted pairs back to Agra and we'll resole them for a flat ₹1,200.
