Every Kadam shoe is built on the same fit block, so if a UK 8 fits in our sneakers it fits in our boots. Measure your foot at the end of the day, and if you're unsure, order two sizes: the exchange is free for 30 days.

How do I choose my size?
Our sizes are UK sizes on one fit block. Stand on a sheet of paper, mark heel and longest toe, and match the length to the size chart on each product page. Between sizes? Take the larger size in leather shoes and boots, your usual size in sneakers.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, free within 30 days of delivery as long as the pair is unworn outdoors. Request it from your order page and we pick up the old pair when we deliver the new one.
Do leather shoes need breaking in?
A little. Wear them indoors for an hour or two over a few days. Full-grain leather softens and moulds to your foot within a week of regular wear.
Can you resole my Kadam shoes?
Our Goodyear-welted pairs can be resoled at the Agra workshop for ₹1,200 including return shipping. Rubber-cemented sneakers cannot be resoled.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities usually receive orders in 2–4 working days and the rest of India in 4–7. Handmade pairs marked 'made to order' ship in 10–12 days.
